Highbank was established in 1997 and their wines have been highly acclaimed and had great success over the years, for being extremely high quality, strongly flavoured, wholesome wines. The classic blend of grapes is carefully basket pressed to enhance their natural varietal fruit characteristics. The vines are grown without chemical herbicides or insecticides.
